*Ingredients:
°1 pound lean mince
°1⁄2 Cup Ketchup
°2 large tins of chopped tomatoes or cubes
°2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
°2 teaspoons onion powder
°3 teaspoons garlic, chopped
°7 1⁄4 cups of beef broth
°2 tbsp brown sugar
°1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
°Salt and pepper to taste
°2 cups dry pasta
°Cheese for decorating, if you wish
*Preparation:
First step:
In a large Dutch oven or stock pot, add the beef mince, garlic and onion powder
Cook until the beef is pink
Step 2:
Add stock, tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, Italian spices and ketchup
Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes
Step 3:
Add dry pasta pasta and cook for an extra 15 minutes
Step 4:
Top with the favorite grated cheese, if desired
