*Ingredients:

°Half a cup of yellow cornmeal.

°¼ cup flour.

°½ tsp salt

°Black pepper tsp.

°With tsp of cayenne pepper.

°A tsp of lemon juice.

°A tsp of paprika.

°2 eggs.

°2 teaspoons of sauce.

°500 grams of catfish fillet.

+For the service, I used:

°Lemon wedges.

°Tartar sauce.

°sauce;

*To prepare yourself:

Step 1:

To start, incorporate the cornmeal, flour, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, lemon juice and smoked paprika into a solid brown bag or ziplock bag and shake until combined well.

Step 2:

In a deep pie plate or shallow solid bowl, whisk together the eggs and hot sauce until well blended.

Step 3:

Then, you can put each fillet on the crushed eggs and turn them on each side, then replace them with the cornmeal breadcrumbs and shake vigorously to coat them properly with the breadcrumbs.

The fourth step:

Now, near the slices to the baking sheet that was sprayed with the cooking spray, and repeat the process with each slice.

Step 5:

In this step, you want to allow the fish to relax for 10 to fifteen minutes inside the refrigerator earlier than taking it out of the refrigerator.

Step 6:

Then you want to pour about four inches of oil right into a large saucepan, pan or deep pan and reheat on medium-excessive heat until the temperature reaches about 340 degrees.

Step 7:

Finally, fry the fillets in batches until golden brown, then remove from the pan and drain on cord supports or paper towels.

Step 8:

The last step is to let the fillets rest for five to ten minutes with the lemon juice and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Enjoy!
