Wendy’s Chili



*Ingredients

°2 lbs ground beef
°3 1/2 cups tomato juice.
° 1 can crushed tomatoes (29 ounces)
° 1 can 15 ounces drained beans.
° 1 can 15 ounces pink beans (pinto)
° 1 onion, chopped
° ½ cup diced celery
° ¼ cup diced green bell pepper
° ¼ cup chili powder
° 1 tsp ground cumin
° 1 ½ tsp garlic powder
° 1 tsp salt
° ½ tsp pepper
° ½ tsp dried oregano
° ½ tsp sugar
° ¼ tsp cayenne pepper

*Preparation

- In a skillet, cook the ground beef and drain the fat.
- Place beef in large saucepan and add all ingredients listed.
- Simmer for 1 ½ h, stir occasionally.
"You can also cook it in a slow cooker over low heat for 3 to 4 hours.
