Creamy lemon squares




*List of ingredients

°150 g flour
°½ cc salt
°60 g icing sugar
°100 g butter
°3 eggs
°150 to 200 g sugar
°3 lemons
°2 tablespoons corn
°icing sugar


*Steps:

Sift 150 g flour + ½ cc salt + 60 g icing sugar
Mix or mix with your fingers with 100 g of cold butter cut into cubes and spread in the bottom of the pan lined with baking paper, press well, then reserve 30 min in the fridge
Cook at 180°C for 20 min
Prepare the lemon mixture: whisk 3 eggs + 150 to 200 g of sugar + zest of a lemon and juice of 3 lemons (150 ml) + 2 spoons. With a corn soup (for example, to be diluted in lemon juice) and thicken the mixture over medium heat for 5 minutes, mixing well
Pour over the sanded bottom, bake 10-15 min
Cool completely (fridge), then sprinkling with icing sugar
