*Strawberry-Bread*



*Ingredients

°375 ml (1 1/2 c) flour
°125 ml (1/2 c) quick-cooking rolled oats
°15 ml (1 t) baking powder
°1.25 ml (1/4 t) salt
°5 ml (1 t) baking soda
°160 ml (2/3 c) maple syrup
°15 ml (1 t) orange zest
°2 eggs
°80 ml (1/3 c) vanilla Greek yogurt 0%
°80 ml (1/3 c) skim milk
°250 ml (1 c) diced strawberries
°45 ml (3 t) sliced almonds


*Steps

Preheat oven 180 °C (350 °F).
In a bowl, combine the flour with the oatmeal, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
In another bowl, beat the maple syrup with the orange zest using the electric mixer. Whisk in eggs and yogurt.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients alternately with the milk. Gradually add the strawberries and almonds, gently folding the mixture with a spatula.
Line a 20-cm x 10-cm (8-inch x 4-inch) loaf pan with parchment paper, then spread the dough over it. Level the surface.
Baking for 55 minutes to 1 hour for 10 mn,. Removing from the oven & let cool on a wire rack.
