*INGREDIENTS:
°500 g shrimp
°2 cloves garlic
°3 tablespoons honey
°2 tablespoons soy sauce
°1 teaspoon ginger
°1 tablespoon lemon juice
° parsley
° salt, pepper
*PREPARATION

In a bowl, combine the honey, soy sauce and grated ginger. Add the chopped garlic. Season with pepper.

Peel the shrimp and place in the marinade. Mix. Drizzle with the lemon juice. Let bathe overnight in the cool (or minimum 1 hour).

Drain the shrimp. Reserve the marinade.

In an oiled skillet, fry your shrimp. Turn them pink by cooking them on both sides.

Then pour in the marinade at the end of cooking.

Salt and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve!
