* Ingredients:
°1 kg beef shank
°1 onions & 3 cloves garlic
°Vegetables: potatoes, carrots, leeks also pumpkin.
°A olive oil
°Spices: Salt, black pepper, cumin, paprika, ground or ground chilli, cinnamon – Free to put in whatever quantities you want, I put for 1 CC of each spice & little more salt.
*Preparation
First, season meat.
If you want to adding more spices to your meat, treat yourself!
In your casserole or pot, heat a drizzle of olive oil and put your pieces of meat.
Browning them on all sides.
Slice and adding onions.
Covering with water, close and cook meat about at least 1h/1h30.
Meantime, preparing your vegetables. I use 2 carrot, 3 potatoes, 1 leek, 1 half pumpkin.
… and 3 clove garlic!
After cooking your meat, the water level of your pot should have reduced well.
At this point, adding garlic, carrots also leeks.
Add water and cook for 20 minutes.
Then add the potatoes and the pumpkin and cook for another 30 minutes!
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Serving hot 😉
