THIS CAN EVEN WHITEN EXCESSIVELY YELLOW TEETH & REMOVE THAT NASTY PLAQUE & TARTAR BUILDUP!

How to prevent yellow teeth?
Here are some tips to avoid the appearance of yellow teeth.

Appropriate food
Let’s start with food. Limiting the consumption of food (wine, tea, coffee, etc.) that can cause yellowing of tooth enamel is a great way to prevent this phenomenon.

Conversely, choose foods rich in malic acid (apricots, pineapples, peaches, apples, etc.) and other crunchy fresh fruits and vegetables that stimulate salivation. Saliva has natural antibacterial properties that help fight the formation of plaque and thus tartar.

Proper oral hygiene
Brush your teeth twice a day or after each meal for at least 2 minutes.

If you have yellow spots, you can use an anti-coloration toothpaste, such as GUM Original White toothpaste, which not only helps to naturally remove the spots, but also prevents them from forming.

Don’t forget to complete the brushing of your teeth with interdental accessories such as dental floss to clean well between your teeth. Finish with a mouthwash, will also eliminate food residues.

Descale at your dentist at least once a year.

Finally, we do not abuse traditional remedies such as baking soda, which can weaken enamel because of its abrasiveness if used too frequently.
